Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before noon will be dispatched on the same day via royal mail special next day delivery, orders placed after noon will be dispatched the next working day.  Please note, this is not included weekends and bank holidays.  
We deliver to UK and Europe.  If you are not base in UK or Europe and still would like to purchase our products, than please get in touch with us via email sales@foreverjewellery.co.uk
All our orders are sent via special next day delivery, somebody will therefore needs to be present at the delivery address to sign for the package.  If nobody is able to take the delivery, royal mail will leave a card to let you know that, they had attempted to make a delivery and that the delivery is than taken back to the depot to await for collection or redelivery instructions.  In case of the delivery not being collected or redelivery within 2 weeks, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
For us to resend this delivery to you, we'll charge you £7.00

Privacy & Security

In compliance with Data Protection Act of 1984 and the new act of 1998, we do not disclose details of our customers to any third party.  We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process your orders and keep you up to date of new products and special promotions. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

Returns & Replacements

No returns or replacements will be given without a Return Reference Number.

We will be happy to refund providing the goods are unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving goods. Goods correctly supplied to order are not returnable except by arrangement, a handling charge of 20% of the invoice value may be incurred in the absolute discretion of the seller. Items returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to credit.

For Health and Hygiene reasons, under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earring.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

For Fautly Goods

If the product you had ordered is fautly, contact customer service via email: sales@foreverjewellery.co.uk and they will instruct you on how to return the items and issue you with Returns Authorisation Code. We may also advise how to send the item back to us.
On receipt of fautly items, we will ask you to return the item to us, once the item is received, we'll reimburse you the cost incurred.   We would ask you to return back to us via royal mail first class, please obtain a proof of postage, so we can reimburse you for the full amount.

Payment, and  Pricing

Credit/Debit Cards

We accept most major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo and Delta iva PAYPAL. The company reserves the right to decline any order where there is a discrepancy in card details.

Cheques must be made payable to Forever Jewellery and sent to the following address:

Please allow 7 working days from receipt of your cheque before your order is despatched.

Pricing

The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Returns

On receipt of your goods, we aim to refund you within 14 working day, the cost of the goods and reimbursement of postage will be refunded to your credit/debit card used to make the purchase.
